Appropriate Conduct; Compliance with Law and Go2Review.com Policies.
You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and content while using the Go2Review.com, and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use the website only for purposes that are legal, proper and in accordance with the Terms and any applicable policies or guidelines Go2Review.com may make available. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the Website or the Content, you will not:
(a) defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
(b) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any inappropriate, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content;
(c) upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary right of any party, unless you are the owner of the rights, or have the permission of the owner or other legal justification to use such content;
(d) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available messages that promote pyramid schemes, chain letters, or disruptive commercial messages or advertisements;
(e) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any other content, message, or communication prohibited by applicable law, the Terms or any applicable Product policies or guidelines;
(f) download any file posted by another that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner;
(g) impersonate another person or entity, or falsify or delete any author attributions or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of Content, software or other material;
(h) restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Website or Go2Review.com services;
(i) interfere with or disrupt Go2Review.com services or servers or networks connected to Go2Review.com services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to Go2Review.com services;
(j) use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other device to retrieve or index any portion of the Go2Review.com services or Content (except for use by recognised Search Engine Spiders), or collect information about users for any unauthorized purpose;
(k) submit content that falsely expresses or implies that such content is sponsored or endorsed by Go2Review.com;
(l) create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretences;
(m) promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities;
(n) promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual; or
(o) transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.

Uploading Images.
By uploading images to Go2Review.com you agree to grant us, free of charge, permission to use the material both on the website and in any marketing materials (including modifying it or adapting it for editorial or publishing reasons). In certain circumstances we may also wish to share your contribution with selected partners.

You must own the copyright on any images submitted but that copyright remains with you so you can continue to use the material in anyway yourself, including sharing it with others.

In order that Go2Review.com can use your contribution, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK laws, that you have the right to give Go2Review.com permission to use the content and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in the images or the consent of their parent / guardian if they are under 16.

Advertising Terms and Conditions.
All advertisements placed on the site will be paid for at the commencement of the advertising agreement with Go2Review.com. Advertisements which are continual will be invoiced again at the end of the agreed terms, either timed, views or hits, this payment will be deducted automatically unless a request is made to cancel the advertisement prior to it’s expiry criteria being reached. We will immediately remove advertisements which are unpaid.

All advertisers are expected to provide content which is legal, moral and suitable for an audience containing minors on any sites which are linked to from our website. In any cases where we find material that we do not deem acceptable we will issue a request for such material to be removed, if this request is not met then an advertisement or link will be removed at our discretion, in such cases no refund will be provided.
